The flow rate of the fast and slow feeding can be adjusted independently, and the stability can be stabilized without affecting the fluidity of the loose meal. To achieve the best performance, improve the measurement accuracy, while ensuring the packaging speed. The two internal metering barrels work in parallel and run independently of each other, complementing each other, and doubling the output.
The automatic bag-moving folding seam labeling machine system adopts the strategy of one person covering the bag and leaving the bag alone. The bagging is still manual bagging, but after the bag is put on, the subsequent processes: move the bag, clamp the mouth of the bag into the folding machine, folding, labeling, sewing the bag mouth and label, and the thread breaking is all automatic. No need for human involvement. Specifically, after the bag mouth is put on the bag and the bag is clamped (this step is the same as before the upgrade), the bag will be automatically dropped after filling, and the bag mouth will be straightened at the same time, and then the bag mouth will be automatically clamped for delivery as a whole package. Into the rear bag mouth clamping and synchronous conveying at the bottom of the bag, label delivery, automatic folding and seaming, etc. Therefore, after the master worker completes the bagging, the follow-up work no longer needs manual processing
After the DCS-65x2 double-body scale is combined with the automatic bag-moving, folding and sewing machine system, its comprehensive performance can reach 600 bags per hour, and it can continue to use the existing packaging bags in the customer''s inventory. At the same time, the belt speed of the folding machine, which is matched with the seam and the conveyor below the folding machine, is adjustable to ensure that it is synchronized with the speed of the sewing machine and the folding machine, realizes the three-speed synchronization, and ensures that the seam line is straight and beautiful.
