1. Overview
The electronic packaging scale adopts the upper bracket type weighing and measurement method, and the tons of bags are hung on the lifting platform, and the tons of bags are filled with materials quickly and accurately through different feeding methods. mainly includes:
- Main platform rack.
- Feeding device: select individually according to specific materials.
- Weighing suspension system.
- Clamping/pocketing and lanyard/automatic unhooking system.
- Weighing electronic control system: weighing controller and electrical control box.
- Roller conveyor/chain conveyor—optional.
- Overall mobile platform-optional.
2. Feeding device
Dual-valve feeding can be used; multi-speed spiral feeding; multi-speed belt feeding; star-shaped ash unloading valve (turn off the fan) fast and slow dual-speed feeding to realize coarse and fine feeding. Customers can modify the weight values of coarse feed and fine feed to ensure the best ratio of coarse feed to fine feed, and maximize the packaging speed while ensuring accuracy.
3. Weighing suspension system
The weighing sensor is placed symmetrically on the circumference. The frame of the weighing platform has multiple functions such as overload, limit, and anti-overturning, which effectively ensures that 100% of the weight of the suspension mechanism below is transmitted to the load cell without generating The component force in any other direction also has good mechanical automatic reset performance, which ensures a rapid return to zero from the mechanical structure. The platform frame is equipped with two upper and lower lifting cylinders with large driving force
4. Hanging bag clamping and hanging bag/automatic unhooking system:
The bag hanging device with adjustable center span is used to adapt to different sizes of big bags. The entire mechanism is suspended on the pull rods of the four large cylinders of the upper weighing platform frame (symmetrically placed on both sides).
In specific use, manual bagging and hooking are used, and the bag opening is clamped by the cylinder after manually touching the bag clamping switch. After the weighing is completed, the entire mechanism is driven by the cylinder, which can automatically and gently descend, and the ton bags are stably placed on the conveyor to protect the ton bags. After the bag is dropped, the bag clamping mouth is automatically released, and the hook is automatically released at the same time, without human intervention.
