Whole set include:
1. Overview: The electronic packaging scale adopts the weighing and measuring method of weighing scale, and the container bag is suspended on the lifting platform. 3. Feeding device: adopts valve feeding/screw feeding/belt feeding mechanism to realize the setting of coarse and fine feeding flow, which is easy to control and can be adjusted independently. In addition, through the modification of preset point parameters, the optimal ratio of coarse and fine feeding amount can be ensured, and the system can improve the packaging speed while ensuring the accuracy.
4. Weighing platform: The weighing platform adopts a platform weighing structure, the ton bag sits on the weighing platform, and uses a weighing sensor with high comprehensive accuracy, good long-term stability and impact resistance, supplemented by a force transmission connection mechanism, with Multiple functions such as overload and limit effectively ensure that 100% of the weight of the bag is transferred to the load cell without generating any other direction component force, and has good mechanical automatic reset performance.
5. Hanging-unhooking/clamping device: Hanging-unhooking/clamping device has functions such as hanging the sling manually when the empty bag is put on the bag, clamping the bag mouth pneumatically, automatically loosening the mouth when the heavy bag falls, and the sling automatically unhooking.
6. Control system (intelligent instrument and electrical control box):
