Usage Industry: all kinds of powders with large air content, after the air is pumped, the packaging bag is convenient for subsequent standing sewing/sealing and easy palletizing.
Applicable materials: all kinds of high gas-containing powders, such as sweet potato starch, lithium battery industry, chemical industry gas-containing powders .

Performance characteristics :

▶ The weight reduction method is adopted for weighing, so that the air extraction process and the weighing and feeding process are synchronized, which effectively improves the weighing speed and accuracy;
▶ The feeding part adopts single screw auger frequency conversion feeding, fast, medium and slow three-speed feeding to ensure high-precision feeding; or double-screw feeding
▶ The suction part adopts negative pressure fan with double suction rods for suction, and the design of back blowing and clearing materials ensures that the suction rods are not blocked, guarantees the suction effect, effectively removes the air in the bag, shortens the length of the bag, and saves costs;
▶ The suction rod adopts stainless steel sintered microporous suction rod, adopts double rod type, and cooperates with high-power and high-pressure vortex fan.  The design of the dust removal port on the top of the bag holder ensures a clean and hygienic working environment.
▶ The main components of packaging scale equipment:  Main control part: Independently developed, dedicated weighing controller for exhaust powder scales, highly integrated, full Chinese keys, simple operation, notification support communication protocol customization, support RS-485/RS-232, Profibus DP, Profinet, etc.,

Whole set include:
▶ Main scale body: silo, feeding auger, weighing mechanism, bag clamping, suction rod, turbo fan and reversing ball valve .
▶ Feeding system: turn off the fan (customer configuration), we configure the transition hopper to turn off the fan, and we control the control .
▶ Electrical box: Inverter, solenoid valve integrated electrical box. Used to control the auger, turn off the fan and all pneumatic components .
▶ Conveying part: height and speed are adjustable, belt conveyor: 3200mm x 460mm
▶ Sealing equipment: GK35-7 and GP4900 automatic folding seaming machine system, customer optional
